obert Mysicka advises clients on mortgage enforcement rules and remedies available under the Mortgages Act. He has acted for clients selling property under power of sale as well as buyers of properties being sold under power of sale. Robert is also experienced with navigating the rules applicable to obtaining writs of possession and other incidental relief required where there has been default under the terms of a mortgage.

Robert provides advice on issues involving creditor relief, including bankruptcy and insolvency law, obtaining and enforcing judgments in the courts and actions involving equitable claims such as unjust enrichment and other trust claims.
