obert Mysicka is experienced in and represents clients in all types of civil disputes involving contracts, construction law, family law and matrimonial property, mortgage/debt enforcement, real estate, property damage, taxation and employment law/human rights.

Robert has represented clients in labour/employment and human rights cases, property damage cases, insurance and contractual cases and shareholder disputes/remedies within corporations.

In estate cases, Robert has acted for beneficiaries as well as trustees of estates in connection with applications for the passing of accounts and other cases involving disputes over estate accounting or the use or misuse of estate resources.

In all of his mandates, Robert’s first priority is to investigate all possible avenues of resolution outside of court. If those efforts are not fruitful or no reasonable settlement agreement is possible, Robert is a fearless advocate fighting for or defending your rights in court and taking all necessary and efficient steps to move a case to trial and final judgment.

Robert regularly appears in the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court in Ottawa, Perth and the Eastern Region of Ontario.
