Our lawyers regularly file and update corporate information for local businesses at the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services which has a filing branch in Ottawa. Through our agents, we review and verify business names, reserve names for new corporations, conduct searches on existing businesses and update business records to ensure compliance with the Ontario Business Corporations Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act.
